Exciting news! We've just rolled out some cool updates and enhancements to Cracked Platformer - Monsters Enhanced (v3) based on recent feedback.
Here's what's new and improved:
He's Back! Jesus Returns (Level 9): As originally intended, Jesus will now appear in Level 9 (unless you've already activated the permanent shield ?) to lend a helping hand! Watch him take down the boss and a troublesome hazard with lightning.
Visual Shield Indicator Activated! No more guessing if your shield is active! You'll now see a clear pulsating yellow outline around the player whenever a shield (temporary from mushrooms or the permanent 'PO' power-up) is active. Stay protected in style!
Ka-ching! Score Popups! Get instant feedback as you play. You'll now see scores like "+10" pop up when collecting coins and "+50" when defeating monsters. Rack up those points!
Home Button Confirmed: Just confirming the "Home" button is present and correctly links back to the Cracked Miami homepage.
UI Clean-up: The old text hint regarding the shield power-up at the bottom of the screen has been removed for a cleaner interface. The controls hint remains.
These updates aim to make the gameplay more visually informative and rewarding.
Remember the Goal: Beat all 10 challenging levels to win $20! You'll need the password 'po' when contacting the admin to claim your prize.
