Adds an extra layer by packaging your VBScript payload inside a JavaScript file.
The JavaScript's job is to write the VBScript to disk and then execute it.
This changes the initial file type of your payload to .js (unless you also embed it in a JPG).
It's primarily a technique to add another step of obfuscation and potentially alter the delivery/execution vector.
